Precision plastic molding, often referred to as precision injection molding, is a specialized manufacturing process used to produce highly accurate, consistent, and intricate plastic components with extremely tight tolerances—typically in the range of microns. This method involves injecting molten plastic into a precisely engineered mold under controlled conditions to create parts that meet stringent specifications for shape, weight, surface quality, and microstructure. How It Works: Scientific Principles:
