  • CNC Machining Processes for Parts

The following CNC processes are used to create aluminum parts:

Milling: Removes material using rotating tools to create slots, pockets, or contours (e.g., for housings or brackets).

Turning: Rotates the workpiece against a cutting tool to produce cylindrical parts (e.g., shafts or fittings).

Drilling: Creates precise holes for fasteners or fluid passages.

Grinding: Achieves fine surface finishes or tight tolerances for high-precision parts.

Multi-Axis Machining: Uses 4- or 5-axis machines for complex geometries without multiple setups.
